The grapes from this wine come from 3 plots located in the village of Laguardia whose average age is thirty years. Subsequently they are aged in French and American oak barrels for six months.
The wine is made with destemmed grapes and spends at least 20 days macerating. Later, it undergoes a 6-month aging in French oak barrel (70%) and American oak (30%).
